Graduating with a master’s degree in electrical engineering from San José State University, his accomplishments reflect a profound commitment to excellence and innovation, positioning our company at the forefront of the industry.

Prof. Christoph A. Meier is a Swiss physician-scientist and healthcare innovator with over 20 years of leadership in internal medicine and value-based care. He directs the Department of Internal Medicine at University Hospital Zürich and sits on global boards including the Novartis Venture Fund and Newsweek Expert Board. From 2016–2020, he served as Chief Medical Officer and deputy CEO at University Hospital Basel, where he championed patient-reported outcomes and strategic growth. Starting August 2025, he will become CEO of C MED CONSULT Ltd, advising on healthcare strategy and biomedicine innovation. He trained at Basel, Geneva, the NIH, and Harvard, and holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology & Diabetology. His engagement with think tanks and federal agencies underpins his mission to advance patient-centered, outcome-driven health systems.

Mohan Yegnashankaran is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience spanning decades in the semiconductor industry. He held pivotal leadership roles at National Semiconductor, serving as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Technology Development, where he led key areas including technology R&D, CAD, test and failure analysis, quality assurance, reliability, and design services. His earlier roles included Vice President of Product Development and Chief Technology/Science/R&D Officer, demonstrating a remarkable capacity to guide advanced product and research initiatives within high‑technology organizations. Prior to his tenure at National Semiconductor, Mohan built a strong foundation in product engineering and failure analysis at industry leaders AMD, Fairchild Semiconductor, and LSI Logic. He earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mumbai, showing early academic excellence that supported his ascent through technical leadership ranks.

Dr. Thomas Krol is President of KrolPharma Resources and Chief Development Officer at Novadiol and Axolo Pharma, with over 30 years of leadership in biopharma R&D, innovation, and commercialization. He advanced drug pipelines at Burroughs Wellcome, Marion Labs, and Searle, and negotiated more than $200 million in licensing deals for CyDex, Oakwood Labs, and Novadiol. As Managing Director of human health investments for the $583 million Kansas Bioscience Authority, he has founded and advised life-science startups for more than two decades. Dr. Krol’s work spans 20+ approved biopharma products—including Celebrex®, Geodon®, and Allegra®—across allergy, rare diseases, and beyond. He earned a PharmD from the University of Utah, completed his residency there, and conducted a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina.

As founder and CEO of Nimbus Materials, he built an advanced semiconductor company from the ground up. He holds 21 patents, has authored 15 peer-reviewed publications, earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Arizona, a Private Equity certificate from Wharton, and is a licensed M&A broker in California.

At Renesas Electronics, he served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations and President of Renesas Electronics America—overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, and development—and as EVP of Industrial IoT and Infrastructure, where he nearly doubled division revenue to $7 billion. Previously, he was EVP of Global Operations and CTO at IDT and CEO of Conexant Systems, with leadership roles at Agere Systems, Lucent Technologies, AT&T Microelectronics, and Bell Labs. He advises startups like Edge Cortix (Japan), Point2 Technology (San Jose), and ObeLabs (Korea). He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Ohio State University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, 83 U.S. patents, and over 40 technical publications.

Dr. Thomas D. Overbay is founder and principal of Expedite Animal Health, advising global pharmaceutical, biological, device, and diagnostic companies on business development and product strategy. With a veterinary practice background and nearly 35 years in the animal health industry, he led global business development for a top-5 firm and guided product launches for startups, government labs, and multinationals. His combined expertise in veterinary medicine, technical services, and sales management delivers scientific, financial, and legal insight for successful market entry. Dr. Overbay holds a DVM from the Virginia–Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine.
